XLAM Inc. represents a group of European heavy-timber manufacturing companies entering the American market. We are a team of engineers, project managers, architects, installers and construction-site supervisors in the CLT construction industry. 

What We Do

We elaborate estimates based on detailed architectural drawings. We then find suitable timber panel producers for any type of construction, such as buildings up to eight floors, gated communities, schools, supermarkets, shopping centers, custom-made houses, building extensions and interior renovation of old buildings.

What Is CLT

Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) is an engineered building system based on the use of massive, multi-layered solid wood panels, glued in layers and staked crosswise. This cross lamination provides dimensional strength, stability and rigidity. The CLT panels are used as load-bearing walls, floors, roofs or as partition elements.
